ALKA LAW OFFICE is a boutique law firm located in Kuningan, South Jakarta, Indonesia. Our law firm originally known as “KANTOR HUKUM EKA KURNIA & REKAN” and became ALKA LAW OFFICE in 2023. Although ALKA LAW OFFICE was first established as a litigation law firm, today the firm has expanded its scope of legal services to include just about every facet of the law.
Our principle is “Dedication to Defending Your Legal Interests”. In fact, it is our main consideration when we adopted ALKA as our name. Derived from ancient Greek, ALKA is a very versatile word associated with many meanings, one of which is “a strong defender of people”. The meaning of ALKA reflecting the core philosophy of our firm, namely, to dedicate our work in defending our clients’ best interest with a strong legal knowledge.
Founded by Aloysius Eka Kurnia with a comprehensive experiences as a legal practitioner for civil and commercial litigation and also as a legal academic with a number of research, ALKA LAW OFFICE continues to grow with the support of a number of partners, associates, and of-counsel from various disciplines to support the fulfillment of our clients' needs. Each and every lawyer is skilled in a certain area certified by experience, a license, and/or education. Our lawyers and expert have licenses in the Tax certification, Property Rights certification, Alternative Dispute Resolution certification, and post graduate degrees. We believe our in house training and our work ethics have resulted us in having some of the best employee retention compared to most law firms in Jakarta.
We designed our firm to provide premium quality legal work, but with more personal service, lower billing rates, and more efficient staffing than larger firms. While we have succeeded in our original goal, we continue to strive to exceed our clients’ expectations. We always look for the most effective and efficient way to achieve the optimal outcome for our clients.
