CONSTITUTIONAL DISPUTE

We believe that an effective legal system is defined by legislation that is both accurate and in harmony with the Constitution. Since its establishment in 2003, the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Indonesia has significantly expanded access to justice, particularly in enabling citizens to challenge the constitutionality of Law applied within society. It is widely acknowledged that not all legislative products can fulfill the expectations of every segment of the public—especially when such laws are enacted without adhering to proper legislative procedures.

We have extensive experience handling constitutional court cases, particularly Judicial Reviews of various laws, including those in the fields of labor, insurance, intellectual property rights, and public governance, such as the review of the Local Government Law. This fact is further reinforced by the presence of our Managing Partner, who is also an academic in the field of constitutional law, possessing a comprehensive understanding—both theoretical and practical—of the Constitution and the Constitutional Court Procedures. Our team is also well-versed in representing clients as petitioners in Head of Local Government election disputes, which remain under the jurisdiction of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Indonesia.
